Dana Mazzenga is a passionate, playful, M.F.A.'d actor based in New York City.
Having stepped away from her acting career for years so that she could focus on raising a family, it took a world-wide pandemic for her to realize she needed to make her way back. Now that the kids are in school again (phew!), Dana has returned to her craft with gusto. Armed with more life under her belt and some silvery hairs, too, she embraces this new version of herself on stage and screen!
Every Monday night she exercises her acting muscles in Lyle Kessler's Workshop and has, most recently, enjoyed participating in readings for LAByrinth, The Actors Studio and The Bridge Production Group. Spare afternoons belong to working on a tele-series she began developing in Austin Chick's Craft Lab. She's also had the great pleasure to help on the production end with Sounds of Saving, a non-profit organization that harnesses the power of music to support mental health.
